Building a Private Home Cinema – Start to Finish
Our first and favorite love in the integration smart home is the private home cinema. Especially in a new building project, clients are eager to create their dream home theater from the ground up – which can be an exciting yet daunting project. Some cinema enthusiasts know exactly what they want to do and how they want it done. But most of our clients have a general idea, but they’re uncertain what will work best for them, or even where to begin.

Image is often the first priority. We only use high-end components from leading cinema innovators, and know which components and screens will best accomplish the clients’ end goal. The Display Technologies Dynamic-4-XL is the best screen we know for our clients’ private home cinemas. Each time we install one, it blows us away: It masks the image and allows the sound to transfer directly through the screen.
We are sound designers as well as technology experts. We know which components to integrate to meet a client’s expectations, and how to position them to work together in the space. Immersive sound opportunities allow homeowners to truly experience – for the first time – the incredible quality and complexity of film audio in their own homes. Architectural speakers, loudspeakers, and subwoofers, mean you can actually hear the depth and rich variety in the filmmaker’s audio. In other words, you can totally lose yourself in the sound.
